Restart & Re-Envision: A Mindful Vision Board Workshop

As we begin to adjust to a new way of life, there is a need for hope. We need hope for our dreams, our future, our goals and our current selves. Join Art-N-Soul and Kolibri at Village Wellness-Brookfield for a unique half-day retreat workshop. We start with mindful guided meditation to reflect upon and inform what we would like to put forth for ourselves for the rest of the year and beyond. Then with guidance and mindful prompts, we will bring our vision boards to life. All materials and a light snack included. $45 Earlybird registration until Sept. 23, 2020.
